The "GƏNC DOSTUM" social project reached a new milestone with its latest "Social Project Master" (SPM) training module. The "Youth Solidarity" Public Union hosted expert Kamran Jabrayilov to lead a comprehensive discussion on "Modern Methodologies in Project Management."

Baku, Azerbaijan – As part of the "Social Project Master" (SPM) program under the "GƏNC DOSTUM" social project, a specialized training session on "Agile Management in Projects" was recently conducted. Led by project management expert Ilkin Hakhverdiyev, the session provided participants with the tools needed to manage social initiatives with greater flexibility and efficiency.

This inaugural stage focused on the "Human Element" of professional success, delivered through a comprehensive "Promax Leadership & Team Building" training program.
