Baku PMC and "Youth Solidarity" Public Union Explore Agile Approaches within the "GƏNC DOSTUM" Social Project


Baku, Azerbaijan – As part of the "Social Project Master" (SPM) program under the "GƏNC DOSTUM" social project, a specialized training session on "Agile Management in Projects" was recently conducted. Led by project management expert Ilkin Hakhverdiyev, the session provided participants with the tools needed to manage social initiatives with greater flexibility and efficiency.

 

The training, organized by the "Youth Solidarity" Public Union in partnership with the Baku Project Management Center (Baku PMC), aimed to introduce modern, iterative management styles to young leaders. Hakhverdiyev focused on how the Agile mindset allows project teams to adapt quickly to changes, ensuring that social projects remain impactful and relevant.

  • Techniques for enhancing team collaboration and productivity.

  • Strategies for delivering value through iterative project cycles.
