Baku/Ganja – The first major phase of the "GƏNC DOSTUM" social project, organized by the Baku Project Management Center, has reached a successful conclusion in Ganja. This inaugural stage focused on the "Human Element" of professional success, delivered through a comprehensive "Promax Leadership & Team Building" training program.
Expert trainer Kamran Jabrayilov spearheaded the interactive sessions, which were designed to transform students into capable team leaders. The program covered advanced leadership strategies, effective communication techniques, and the psychological foundations of high-performing teams. Through real-world simulations and group exercises, participants gained hands-on experience in navigating professional challenges and fostering a collaborative workplace culture.
With the completion of this first phase, BPMC continues its commitment to regional development.
