Baku Project Management Center trainer Ilkin Hakhverdiyev trained the next communication training for " Tamiz Gaz" employees. During the training, participants learned to apply their theoretical knowledge in practice.
On the first day of the training - The Concept of Communication, Types and Methods of Communication, RACI matrix were covered . On the second day, Stakeholder Management, Trello, Task management programs were held, and on the last day, İnformal Types of Communication and Simulation classes were held.
During the 3 day training, each participant was provided with training materials, and at the end of the training, each participant received a certificate for confirming their participation in the training.
