Baku/Ganja – The Baku Project Management Center (BPMC) has officially inaugurated the "GƏNC DOSTUM" social project in Ganja, a major initiative designed to accelerate the career development of local youth. The project’s debut featured an intensive session from the "Business in You" training series, focusing on the high-demand field of Agile Management.
 

The session, hosted at the Regional College under Ganja State University, was led by Lead Mentor Ilkin Hakhverdiyev. The training went beyond theory, providing students with a practical roadmap for applying Agile frameworks within the modern business landscape. Participants learned how to manage complex projects with flexibility, foster iterative growth, and adapt to the rapid technological shifts currently defining the global economy.


"Our mission is to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and the practical skills required by today's leading industries," noted Ilkin Hakhverdiyev. "The enthusiasm shown by the students in Ganja confirms that there is a massive hunger for professional management expertise in our regions."
